Carrot Rice Ochazuke

Dinner: ochazuke
I had a bunch of leftover carrot rice (recipe from Just Bento) from a few nights before sitting in the fridge and I felt lazy, so I made ochazuke with it. For being a simple porridge made from leftover rice, hot tea (I used an oolong), some preserved Chinese vegetables, sticks of cucumber, and salmon furakake, it was tasty!
